There is (finally) the finished frame around the Magnet Board. I found the hanging bins on clearance at Target after school started. I painted them the colors I wanted. The buckets are of course from the dollar bins @ Target as well. I mostly have pins, clips, q-tips and some odds and ends in the buckets. Inside the shelf are mostly buttons by color and then my PTI vintage buttons. I asked my Dad to do the frame so it looks like the shelf and the frame are one piece. I love how it turned out!
This our exercise area too! My FIL gave us the bike recently and then my Husband has his weights in the corner. We now refer to this room as the REC room. (It was formerly the "playroom" when the boys were little!
This is the boys area of the room now! The board is also Magnet and it is covered in Michael Moore Guitar fabric that coordinates with the rest of the polka dots fabric in the room. I plan on making baskets covers for the brown wicker baskets with the Guitar fabric later! And I still have some vinyl to put up!

The rest of the Room
But overall I am very pleased. We have a fairly small house (1650 Sq. ft) so this is the perfect solution for all our needs =>~~~~~
Thanks for checking out my new room! Here is the previous pics here

Your room looks awesome!!! Your blog is great.
Your room is great! I share my room with the family. You have some good ideas.
I love your room! I love the colors and fabrics you've used, and I love how it has that 'country' look but not over the top with it. It looks really great! I have to ask, though, how did you make the magnet boards? I'm thinking that's what I need, I especially how you have those baskets on there!
Thanks!
I made the boards with sheet metal purchased from Lowes and just covered with fabric and my Dad came and used baseboards to frame it!!! Easy as pie!!!!!
I love you room. It's awesome!
