**Update** I forgot to say that yes it is felt. I used two strips of felt and sewed in a piece if chipboard to give it a stiffer feel. Then I sewed on some Patterned paper and a felt butterfly ribbon. The satin ribbon is from Michaels and the button is from my favorite place right now PTI . I am planning on making more for my upcoming Boutique in November at our church.
