This post is a little different. If you have followed me for very long then you know that it may be a while between posts. I thought I would explain. I am a 39 year old wife of a Pastor (and my BFF), SAHM mom of three amazing boys and a sufferer of FMD (Fibromyalgia Disorder). I was Dx about 4 years ago. I had numerous and seemingly unrelated symptoms. After my diagnosis I lost 55# (I was about 55 # over-weight). Exercised like a mad women, cut sugar and was feel a million bucks. But alas as time waned on I got really busy and lost the drive and eventually gained back 25# and stopped almost completely working out. Now I could start to feel really sorry for myself except for the fact that I KNOW if I get back on track I can do it again. I guess I am writing this as an encouragement to myself and others. Working out (my RA Dr. Told me 20-30 minutes (everyday, HAH) with my heat-rate between 130-140. I think I did it 4 days a week eventually up to an hour. I slept better, did not need naps and a lot less pain.
The reason I started posting this today is because ( am sick to death of being in pain and exhaustion EVERY single day. To this I say no more. Starting tomorrow I am going to make a change. I love hanging out with my kids and hubby, being active, practicing sports with the boys and of course anything with Paper. I want more than anything to go to be the Mom, Wife & Friend the Lord had intended me to be and use my gifts and talents to glorify Him.
So if you read my Blog please pray for me that I can get my act together and get it done.
If you have any questions or just want to leave me a comment please feel free! Thanks for reading and have a wonderful and Blessed Day.

I pray that your change is for the good and that you can do it, you have the support of many and saying (er, blogging) it is the first step to change and then starting.
I will keep reading to see your progress (maybe keep you accountable?) Just know people out there are with you (and God) who know that you can do it!
God Bless
Thanks for the inspiration!!! I have thought of doing the same thing-putting my need to get back in the groove of the whole dieting scenario on my blog for my self encouragement! I had lost 80 lbs. and have now gained back about 40----You have inspired me to try harder at getting back with it! Thanks!
Have you ever been tested for gluten intolerance? Gluten is a protein found mostly in wheat, and it's been found that 1 in 100 people now are intolerant to it...including me. There are over 100 symptoms. I used to get terrible migraines and was ALWAYS exhausted...took a nap every day. But since cutting it out of my diet--no more migraines and I have my energy back! It's the most misdiagnosed disorder because it makes it seem like something else...I've heard it's been diagnosed as Fibromialgia before. Just wanted to pass on some info :) Good luck with everything!
